How to Build a Nut Butter Smoothie
Begin building your smoothie by combining the following ingredients together in a blender. From there, you can choose to add in some additional mix-ins or just keep it simple.
Add a base: Start your smoothie with ¼ cup of organic Greek or plain yogurt.
Select a milk: Add ½ cup of milk. Any type of milk will do, including dairy milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk. You can also use coconut water or regular filtered water if you’d prefer.
Scoop in your nut butter. Add in a heaping tablespoon or two of your favorite nut butter.
